warranty and repair info

Your UltraPure Water Quality product comes with a manufacturers warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you have an issue within the stated warranty period, please contact us at 877-281-7603 or email to help@waterquality.net to initiate the warranty process. We will gather the required information and dispatch a local Authorized Service Dealer (ASD) to schedule to repair.

Spa Units:

UPS350/BFO3 Spa - 1 year parts

UPS800 - 1 year parts

EUVIII/BFO3 Spa+ - 3 year parts

Pool Units:

In Ground Pool Units (BFO3/UPP Series) - 2 years pro-rated (First year parts and labor, second year parts only)

 

Above Ground Pool Units (UPAG Series) - 1 Year parts

For units that are beyond the manufacturers warranty period and in need of repair, please contact us and we will be happy to provide the name of a local Authorized Service Dealer (ASD) in your area.
